Aviation Law
Kevin Fitzpatrick represents pilots and FBOs in a full range of aviation law services, including the negotiation and drafting of aircraft purchase agreements, litigation concerning aircraft security agreements, defense of airmen in FAA Enforcement actions, lawsuits arising out of aircraft accidents and incidents and other issues. He has appeared in cases arising from every FAA Regional Office (except Alaska ) before all current NTSB Administrative Law Judges.

Commercial Law
Kevin Fitzpatrick handles litigation of business disputes and advises clients on regulatory compliance, employment law, business contract and other issues. He is involved in various types of business litigation, as well as business formation, contract, franchise and shareholder disputes.

Criminal Law
Kevin Fitzpatrick represents clients in criminal law cases in the Atlanta area, including the defense of driving under the influence cases and other matters.

Employment Law
A past Chairman of the Labor and Employment Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, Kevin Fitzpatrick is an expert in Labor and Employment Law. He has represented employers and employees in litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1999, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower provisions, the American with Disabilities Act, Section 1983, the Employee Retirement Security Act of 1976, COBRA and the National Labor Relations Act. Kevin has also assisted employers and employees with the formation of employment and employment-severance agreements.

Family Law
Kevin Fitzpatrick regularly appears in Superior Courts in the Atlanta metropolitan area in cases concerning adoption, divorce, child custody and support. A father of three girls, Kevin maintains a focus on achieving the best result not only for parents, but for children as well.
